Bornholm Truffle Festival 2025
Come and experience a fantastic day centered around truffles on Bornholm the 25th of October 2025.
The festival offers a variety of experiences with truffles at the heart of everything throughout the day.
Preliminary program:
Kl. 9 am
Seminar about truffles at the Madkulturhus at Melsted Gård, with inspiring talks about topics such as how to cultivate and find truffles, as well as fascinating stories about truffles.
Coffee/tea/water and kringle will be served.
Kl. 11:30 am
Sandwich and water To-go
Kl. 12:00 am
Truffle Hunt at 3-4 different locations around the island. Expected to finish around 3:30 PM.
Personal transport is required.
Kl. 17 pm
We meet at Stammershalle Badehotel, Sdr. Strandvej 128, Gudhjem
Tasting and smelling different raw truffles with a glass of bubbles.
Kl. 18 pm
6-course festive menu with truffles in every dish, accompanied by a matching wine menu.
It will be possible to purchase fresh truffles and truffle products on the day, supplied by Darios Truffles, www.troffelshoppen.dk
The price for the entire event is DKK 2,300,- including VAT per person.
