Thursday the 25th of July we will invite to to a stonning evening filled with fantastic Champagnes and a delicius 4-courses menu at the beautiful Stammershalle Badehotel.
En Aften med Valentin Leflaive Champagne:
Feel the history and the taste of Valentin Leflaive, a House of Champagne, born with love to the Chardonnay grape and handcraft. Olivier Leflaive, who is behind this uniq project, will continue from the legendary Domaine Leflaive, started in 1905 by Joseph Leflaive.
Tasting exclusive Champagnes:
Søren from the company Otto Suenson will precent the neuest and most exclusive champagne from Valentin Leflaive, fx. Oger Les Peignottes Grand Cru and Verzenay Les Correttes Grand Cru
This is the chance to taste and hear about the handcraft, that makes these champagnes so special.
We will taste 8 different champagnes, inclusive the great Avize Grand Cru and Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru. Each champagne is provided with Sørens expertice and he will guide you through the tasting and the story behind each cuvée.
